(as the patient),

I have Post Natal depression for 18 months. I was in a very dark place before I met my CBT therapist Assumpta. She is an excellent therapist and helped me regain my Self worth and confront my anxieties and OCD rituals. I cannot commend this lady enough for the good work she does and the difference she made to my life.

I think they need a private waiting area at the open clinic.

Dear Anonymous,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I will pass on your positive feedback to the Leitrim Mental Health Team and Assumpta our Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. With regard to the waiting area our clinics are held in primary health centres in Leitrim which have all public waiting areas. Thank you again for your kind words and I wish you well in the future.
