(as a parent/guardian),

My son was referred to the Mental health team in Ballymote.

I feel that my son and our family were treated very well under the care of Dr. O'Neill and by the rest of the team. Our community mental health Nurse Joan was a great help to us, helping us every step of the way. We were also given the phone number of the 7 day nursing staff which reassured us that we had someone we could talk to if things were really tough. We didn't need to use it but knowing that we had it gave us peace of mind.
