The Administrator

Every subscription needs an administrator.

This person can add more members to the subscription, assign people to roles (subscribers, responders or administrators) and can access all the details for each member - as well as being able to manage their e-mail settings, veiw and respond to postings and produce reports.

It is important that the adminstrator is someone that is easily contactable as people may want to go to this person for help with responding etc. 

A subscription can have more than one administrator.

If you do not know who you're administrator is, you can find out by logging in and clicking on 'Members' in the blue column on the left hand side. You will see a full list of members within your subscription, you will notice that members' roles are listed on the right hand side.
